The free NetMeeting tool from Microsoft lets us provide
a way of communicating with our customers over the Internet
at a time convenient to you. This page describes how
to obtain and install NetMeeting, and how to call O'Connor
& McCann to start your NetMeeting session.

To install Microsoft NetMeeting:
Navigate to the Microsoft Windows NetMeeting home
page. The NetMeeting home page http://www.microsoft.com/windows/netmeeting/
provides links to NetMeeting features, system requirements,
and support.
Click on the blue Download button. A page with
several download options will be displayed.
Click on the Windows NetMeeting 3.01 link. Then
click the blue Download Now button. In the File Download
dialog box, select Run this program from its current
location. Then click OK to continue.
Use Windows Explorer or Windows NT Explorer to navigate
to the NetMeeting folder on your computer, usually
under your Program Files folder.
Click the conf icon. Fill in your name, e-mail and
location information and click Next.
A dialog box gives you options for logging onto
and registering with the Microsoft Internet Directory
server. You are not required to select any of these
options. Click Next.
Specify the speed of your connection to the internet
that you will be using to make NetMeeting calls and
click Next.
Select shortcut options and click Next. Then click
Finish.
To place a call to O'Connor & McCann Computer
Systems using Netmeeting:
When you schedule a meeting with us you will
receive an email, within this email there will
be a link, click on this at the time you have
scheduled the meeting to begin.
A message box will display the status of your
call.
If you have a scheduled NetMeeting with O'Connor
& McCann, your call will be accepted. Your
name and the name person you are calling will
appear in the list box on the NetMeeting user
screen and are now in a NetMeeting.
Message boxes will inform you if NetMeeting is
not able to establish a connection.
